Jesus was 33 years old when he turned water into wine at a wedding in Cana. That was his first public miracle .
According to the gospels, it was on such a day that one of his most moving healing miracles took place. Jesus was in the small town of Capernaum , where he and the disciples had made their home. He was teaching inside a house, and the house was packed with people. Mark’s Gospel suggests that this was Peter’s house.
